- Jack was born on September 16, 2006 with CHARGE syndrome, a rare genetic condition. He was born with multiple serious birth defects. After a lengthy hospital stay Jack came home and has far surpassed any doctors diagnosis. He is an amazing child!

That's so funny with Jack and his maraca--Katie had one like that when she was about Jack's age, and she carried that thing everywhere!
