- Jack was born on September 16, 2006 with CHARGE syndrome, a rare genetic condition. He was born with multiple serious birth defects. After a lengthy hospital stay Jack came home and has far surpassed any doctors diagnosis. He is an amazing child!

Congratulations Amanda! your daughter is very beautiful and Jack has grown so well!! He is an amazing little boy...We are very excited to hear about all his accomplishments and we are sure there will be many more to come! I just have to say that both your children are so very lucky to have such loving and caring parents as yourselves!!! You have a wonderful family! hugs...
