- Jack was born on September 16, 2006 with CHARGE syndrome, a rare genetic condition. He was born with multiple serious birth defects. After a lengthy hospital stay Jack came home and has far surpassed any doctors diagnosis. He is an amazing child!

I had those for my boys I loved them!! I also just love looking at Jack standing and getting into things so cute.
