- Jack was born on September 16, 2006 with CHARGE syndrome, a rare genetic condition. He was born with multiple serious birth defects. After a lengthy hospital stay Jack came home and has far surpassed any doctors diagnosis. He is an amazing child!

I love it! Was that something you used for Jack's birthday? I have got to figure out something for Luke's birthday - Sunday after next. Nothing like procrastinating.
