- Jack was born on September 16, 2006 with CHARGE syndrome, a rare genetic condition. He was born with multiple serious birth defects. After a lengthy hospital stay Jack came home and has far surpassed any doctors diagnosis. He is an amazing child!

He is so cute!!! Those rosy little cheeks and chubby tummy... I am always amazed by how strong Jack is too, and how much he can do. It is exciting that he was so accepting of the animals even though they were new to him.
How is Jack doing now? You said the petting zoo was before he got sick. Is he finally well? I hope so!
