- Jack was born on September 16, 2006 with CHARGE syndrome, a rare genetic condition. He was born with multiple serious birth defects. After a lengthy hospital stay Jack came home and has far surpassed any doctors diagnosis. He is an amazing child!

CLARIE!!! Awesome!! My sister in law and brother are saying that is the name they want to name their 1st daughter together. SO my mom said pick and new name...just kidding. She is beautiful!
