- Jack was born on September 16, 2006 with CHARGE syndrome, a rare genetic condition. He was born with multiple serious birth defects. After a lengthy hospital stay Jack came home and has far surpassed any doctors diagnosis. He is an amazing child!

This is amazing!! Jack looks very adorable! Hopefully we will get to see him soon and see how much he has grown!
I'm amazed at how well Jack is getting around on the playground, Amanda! He is doing so well!!
