- Jack was born on September 16, 2006 with CHARGE syndrome, a rare genetic condition. He was born with multiple serious birth defects. After a lengthy hospital stay Jack came home and has far surpassed any doctors diagnosis. He is an amazing child!

It's incredible how GROWN UP Jack seems now! Wonderful to see him eating broccoli from a spoon all by himself!! Take THAT, failure to thrive! :)
