- Jack was born on September 16, 2006 with CHARGE syndrome, a rare genetic condition. He was born with multiple serious birth defects. After a lengthy hospital stay Jack came home and has far surpassed any doctors diagnosis. He is an amazing child!

This is one of our favorite bed time books for Teagan too! Loved hearing Claire's excited squeals as she read along with mama! What a smart little girl you have!
