- Jack was born on September 16, 2006 with CHARGE syndrome, a rare genetic condition. He was born with multiple serious birth defects. After a lengthy hospital stay Jack came home and has far surpassed any doctors diagnosis. He is an amazing child!

I love the sweater - so cute! I knit, so I know how much Ashley must care for Jack and you guys. Sweaters take a lot of time and effort. I only knit them for my own kids, and even then it is only for special occasions every few years. What a great gift!
